Syreeta Challinger led a fast-paced, nomadic lifestyle, working in product development for global high-street brands and genuinely living the dream. However, everything changed in an instant when her husband suffered a severe brain haemorrhage and stroke. Overnight, she went from her high-flying lifestyle to becoming a full-time caregiver, losing her job and her identity and facing extremely challenging times.
Despite the darkness, Syreeta found light in her experiences of intense change. She now uses these experiences to help others navigate significant life shifts. Driven by her own journey, Syreeta has successfully established two businesses: MOSS (Moments of Sense and Style), where she applies her product development expertise, and Leaven, a safe space for individuals going through transformative experiences.
Through her podcast, blog, courses, and speaking engagements, Syreeta shares her stories and the lessons she has learned, offering support to as many people as possible during challenging periods in their lives. In today's world, it is more important than ever for individuals and brands to be open and authentic. Syreeta's teachings inspire this authenticity, as her story evokes empathy and challenges individuals and teams alike.
Syreeta shares her story of becoming a carer to her husband after he suffered a brain injury. Now she shares her story and talks on navigating big changes, building resilience, and the power of creativity.
