Lauren Currie is a confidence and leadership expert. She’s the Founder and CEO of UPFRONT, where 1000 people have graduated from her pioneering confidence-building programme. Lauren is also a trustee of The Design Council and Pregnant Then Screwed. She is an in-demand keynote speaker, describing her public speaking approach as “everyone in the room will turn their own lights on”. ​Previously, Lauren co-founded Snook – one of the UK’s leading service design agencies. She was also the Managing Director of NOBL, a global change agency that helps world-famous organisations design their culture. She was named by Elle Magazine as one of the 30 women under 30 changing the world, and Management Today named her one of the UK’s top 35 businesswomen under 35. Creative Review named Lauren “Top 50 Creative Leaders”. Companies that have benefited from Lauren's wisdom include Adidas, Zoopla, UBER, Lloyds Banking Group, eBay, Sainsbury's, and WPP. In 2017, she was awarded an OBE for her services to design and diversity. Lauren grew up in Scotland and now lives in Stockholm with her partner and her 6-year-old son.
