Eaon is a Melbourne-based advertising planner, founder of behavioural design consultancy artsciencetechnology.com, and an ageing punk rocker. He assists companies worldwide, focusing on working with human nature to solve problems. With over 20 years in the advertising industry, including award-winning periods at Weapon7, Eaon is considered an expert in consumer psychology. He is the author of two books: "Where Did It All Go Wrong: Adventures At The Dunning-Kruger Peak of Advertising" (2018) and "Shot By Both Sides: What We Have Here Is A Failure To Communicate." In his earlier career, Eaon, who identifies more as a mod than a punk, co-founded record labels Hook and Bellboy. He released several successful 12" records, including 'Pricks,' which became a hit in European clubs. Eaon's work is centered around leveraging the art of communication by aligning with human behavioral tendencies.
