Debbie Wosskow

Debbie Wosskow OBE is a trailblazer for female empowerment and digital transformation. She is renowned as the founder and former CEO of Love Home Swap, a successful home exchange website business that she sold for an impressive $53 million in 2017. Debbie is also the co-founder of AllBright, the world's largest women's network, which has recently focused on fostering female participation in Web3. 

Through AllBright, she has launched an NFT collection and a members' club in the metaverse. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Debbie holds advisory roles, including Senior Advisor at McKinsey and a position on the Mayor of London's Business Advisory Board. Her expertise has been crucial in advising the UK government on various business matters, such as leading the independent review 'Unlocking the Sharing Economy' (Wosskow Report) in 2015, and participating in the government's Industrial Strategy Board and Productivity Council. She is widely recognized as a key figure in the sharing economy. Debbie co-authored the book 'Believe, Build, Become - how to supercharge your career' and serves on the Women's Prize for Fiction Board.

She earned an MA in Philosophy and Theology from New College, Oxford, and displayed her entrepreneurial spirit by starting her first company, Mantra PR, with just £3,000 at 25. Passionate about empowering women by improving their access to capital and advocating for greater wealth and opportunity equality, Debbie co-founded AllBright in 2018. The organization supports female entrepreneurs in expanding their networks and securing funding.
